# 3.6 Unlock

Locked CREDA: Users can obtain locked, untradeable CREDA through airdrops, credit mining, verification mining, etc.

CREDA can be unlocked by providing liquidity for CREDA trading pairs on Decentralized Exchanges (DEX); users can participate in all the functions of the CreDA protocol (please refer to the economic model above). The steps to unlock CREDA are as follows:

**Step 1**: Locate CREDA/USDT trading pair on SushiSwap, then provide liquidity to obtain SUSHI-LP tokens.

**Step 2**: Go to "Vault" and stake the SUSHI-LP tokens. Locked CREDA will begin to be converted to the unlocked token.
